The Global Council for Law, Arbitration and Intellectual Property‎ (GCLA) will prepare trainees in the practice of law by combining a challenging academic curriculum with practical professional skills training that integrates students within the legal community, instills professionalism, and prepares graduates to enter legal practice. The GCLA builds upon its commitment to excellence and is recognized as one of the accredited and professional training organizations in the surrounding community and globally.

We accomplish this by our assessments, competency modeling, coaching and mentoring your trainers to ensure success, and providing you with the essential tools required for your organization's final transition. Additionally, these programs are open to all types of law support agencies on an international basis. The programs provide specific standards to support law, arbitration, and Intellectual Property‎ trainees serving regional and international communities. They sustain a process to systematically conduct an internal review and assessment of the agencies' policies and procedures and formulate adjustments wherever necessary to meet internationally accepted standards.

All accredited firms will provide their countries with qualified lawyers, arbitrators and Intellectual Property‎ representatives.
